• Data Integration and Collaboration
  REM World™ is designed with significant meta-data capability which allows this functionality to operate independently from the normal database functions of the System. REM World™ can integrate data from any number of IT environments that a user, or group of users, may operate from. REM World™ can maximise the use of information from any number of data sets to either integrate the management of project activity or view information available on a collaborative basis.

• Stakeholder Co-ordination and Co-operation
  REM World™ will provide a process for users to identify and classify stakeholder interests in relation to any activity. In the event a stakeholder’s involvement is required to be integrated with others, users will be able to establish what the impact will be and how to assess the implications. The System has multi-user and multi lingual capability with scalability and inter-portability features that will provide users with the capacity to establish inter-agency links to policies, programmes or projects they have in common. REM World™ allows users to plan and implement collective strategies to achieve organisational and/or operational objectives on a local, regional or global basis, where they have stakeholders in common.
  
  By connecting all the factors involved in managing stakeholder relationships, a user of REM World™ is able to generate comprehensive stakeholder profiles containing information that can be used to identify issues, explore mitigation options and establish best practice solutions. Over time, the data stored in the System will deliver effective individual and collective institutional memory that users can access on-line to enhance the quality of outcomes they wish to achieve.

• Project Solutions and Outcomes
  REM World™ offers users a unique operating paradigm based on the proposition that outcomes are adversely impacted by unresolved stakeholder assumptions and values. “Silo” Line Management practices can contribute to poor quality stakeholder management outcomes through a lack of integration and collaboration capacity. The REM operating paradigm provides an “integrated” approach to stakeholder management so that any user can produce effective analysis, to deliver efficient solutions and sustainable outcomes.
  
  REM World™ is able to track stakeholder relationships from any location and alert users when stakeholder contributions need to be made and the timeframes involved delivering a project, or achieving any type of shared outcome. The system will establish transparency and accountability to monitor any activity that is to be transacted on an individual user, multi user or multi agency basis.
  
  REM World™ can provide a virtual environment for users to work with partners and collaborators to test the assumptions of any proposed policy, programme and project before going “live”. REM World™ will act as an assimilator to identify and optimise the efficient use of resources and explore the outcomes that can be achieved.
  
  REM World™ is supported by a number of training and development tools to facilitate any Change Management requirements that societies, sectors, organisations or individuals may have in wanting to establish consistent standards of organisation and operational performance on a local, regional or global basis.
